Please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your item to initiate the process.
 

For the Rosa Negra and the Papaya Top, refund is available only while the courier is still outside.

On-Door Trial Option

We offer a convenient on-door trial, allowing you to try on your item while the courier waits. If it’s not the right fit, simply hand it back on the spot—you’ll only pay the shipping fees.

Please note: you’ll still be responsible for the original shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
